It's been 2 years since we first shared our transparent payment system; We are very surprised by the response we have seen.

It's been amazing to see how many companies have adopted our formula or similar open solutions, and I see an opportunity to be a small part of the larger conversation around transparent reporting and equality.

A lot has changed and changed since we launched our formula. We decided it was time to change our payment method as well.
This was a very interesting process for us - we worked with the whole team for about 2-3 months (more on our process below!) and this is the result.

Career Sea Pay (csp)
The first and most important part of a person's salary is the part. They all have the following 4 elements:

For each dependent on your income (children, spouse, significant other, grandparents, aunts and uncles, etc.), we add $3,000 a year to the premium.

The new system now includes an elastic component that adjusts to the cost of living and market trends in salaries for different positions.
