All Amex FHR bookings entitle you to guaranteed payment by 4pm, daily breakfast for two and a spa treatment or dinner with a minimum $100 credit to spend at the property, which would be over $500 per night for two nights. That makes the $550 annual fee card feel a lot better in your wallet.

For bookings through December 7, 2020, all US Platinum Cardholders can enjoy a one-time credit of $150 when they book $800 or more in hotel stays in a single transaction.
